Trainer - Embedded Systems and IoT (Entry-Level)

Do you have a strong grasp of embedded systems and IoT and a passion for empowering others? We're seeking a motivated Entry to Mid-Level Trainer to join our team.

In this role, you'll develop and deliver engaging training programs that equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to build embedded systems and IoT applications. You'll leverage your technical expertise to create a dynamic learning environment for trainees.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on embedded systems and IoT fundamentals, covering topics like:
  • Hardware architectures (microcontrollers, sensors)
  • Programming languages (C/C++ basics)
  • Communication protocols (introduction)
  • IoT security principles (foundations)
  • Hands-on labs utilizing popular platforms (Arduino, Raspberry Pi)
• Create clear and engaging training materials including lectures, labs, and assessments.
• Facilitate a positive and interactive learning environment, fostering understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in embedded systems and IoT technologies, integrating them into training content.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems hardware and software
  • Proficiency in embedded system programming languages (C/C++)
  • Experience working with popular embedded development platforms (Arduino, Raspberry Pi) and development tools
  • Basic understanding of IoT security principles
• Instructional Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner
  • Strong instructional design skills
  • Experience managing a classroom environment
• Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in embedded systems design, IoT development, or a related field.
  • Prior experience delivering technical training programs (preferred).
